10Verified ReviewCalled and spoke to olivia who organised Martin to come out and inspect the work with his camera. Originally job seemed to be a broken/disjointed pipe section and work was scheduled quickly, Martin turned up, during the dig/further camera inspection found another disjointed section and a break further on. Martin got stuck in (literally) and fixed all issues on a now much bigger job in the pouring rain, kept us updated on all parts of work taking time to explain/answer questions and tidying as he went leaving very happy customers with brand new pipework. Jack was great for pricing also and providing cctv
