3.      Book a day, the option of a morning or afternoon collection time is available at a small additional cost

4.      When on route the collection team will send you a text with an anticipated collection time

5.      Collection will be made as agreed

6.      Payment in full with debit or credit card prior to our departure

7.      Waste transfer note sent by email
