  Andy and the blokes who work for him are a credit to his business. When you meet him you'll understand what I mean when I say that he has a calm and reassuring manner about him that instantly puts you at ease. The work is exactly what we agreed. The standard of the work is excellent, for example Andy went out of his way to match the bricks used to the century old originals. The way they treated the house when they were working was really respectful and left it as clean as possible each night. We agreed a timescale with dates and they never changed any of them. Cannot recommend Andy enough.

• Replacement of lintel and soil pipe.

  I required a replacement window lintel and a new soil pipe. Andy was prompt at answering all my queries before taking on the job and in providing the quote. He and his colleagues were polite and he updated me during the project when changes has to be made. The new lintel looks very smart and I'm happy with the replacement soil pipe.

  Andy was friendly, approachable and knowledgable on the project. He attended when he said he would and gave a fair and representative quote to what was requested. He listened and understood as to what I wanted without trying to oversell. I immediately felt at ease with his professionalism, knowledge and character. Andy and his colleague arrived on time and carried out an amazing job. They both kept me up to date with progress (as I was not living on site). Can not recommend enough. Will be using for all future projects and I have recommended to my family and friends.
