  We had an issue with our gas fireplace and contacted Signature Fires in the course of making enquiries. Stuart engaged me in two long, technical conversations where he accurately assessed the problem and mapped out the possible solutions. He also connected us with a chimney sweep who proved to be both highly competent and pleasant. While we didn't have any work done, I was very impressed with the quality and sincerity of his advice and the time he spent freely in giving it. His thinking style and sharp questions are exactly what you'd want from someone you've trusted to work on your home.

  He was very polite and nice. He explained what he was doing and what was wrong originally with the fitting. He answered any questions we had regarding the fireplace whilst he worked. The work he did was fantastic! He managed to get the original fireplace off with no damage to the wall. He was fairly quick and very clean when doing his work and amazing value for money. Would definitely wait for him to do any work we need in the future. 100% recommend.
