    The fitter arrived on time each day and worked throughout. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Work was completed in 4 days, which was faster than initially projected even though he worked by himself on 3 of the 4 days.

    The bathroom looks very lovely. The finish is almost perfect. Craig was very professional and communicated well. We had a custom vanity made by a different company, and Craig did his best to accommodate this. There were some issues with the plumbing not lining up with the cabinet and Craig had to come back to fix it. However, he did this with no fuss or extra charge. Debbie and Stacey were quick to respond to texts and emails at all times of day and even at weekends, which we didn't expect. The only thing is, Barty claimed the work would take a week, which was optimistic. It took 3 weeks.
