    I needed advice about replacing the basin tap, and the toilet seat. Also wanted to have the shower tray resealed. Declan suggested two visits - one to reseal the shower and give advice about sourcing the other items. Harvey resealed the shower and was helpful with his advice. Once I had sourced the items he made a return visit to fit them. All of his work was careful and tidy, and he made time to discuss what I wanted. I am very satisfied with the work.

    Liam provided a great service, problem solving when a hitch was discovered and he kept me informed of what he was doing. He was very friendly and did his best to make sure that a limited amount of mess was made. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simtec Plumbing and Heating.

    Saturday appointment from 10-12 booked (at increased cost for a Saturday) approaching 12 no call or message from the company. We called them. We’re told he was running late from a previous job and would be with us in 35-40 minutes. We should have been informed of the delay prior, but we were not. I said ok be here within the hour. An hour went past and no sign, and no communication about any further delay, so we called and cancelled. Wasted 3 hours of our day. All it would have taken was a phone call from Simtech to reschedule to a time that suited both parties. Communication was poor.
