10Verified ReviewSinan and his colleagues did a brilliant job. From the start to finish, we explained to Sinan what we expected to achieve from opening up the kitchen and coverted warm roof. He enlightened us with some great ideas. He also kept us informed all the way through while carrying the job. The project was perfected and within the deadline agreed. Some alterations of the project Sinan agreed to with no Fuss. I would recommemd Sinbad Constructions for any home improvement, Small or big. I intend to use Sinan in the near future for an other project. Sinan's charges are reasonable

1.5Verified ReviewSinan (Sinbad as he introduced himself) was polite and professional at the start and completed the pathway and base to a high standard. He used sub contractors which was not part of our agreement who laid the Indian sandstone slabs using wet cement which we had not agreed on and has badly damaged the slabs. In an attempt to clean them, he has made them a lot worse and badly discoloured them using an acid cleaner. He has since not replied to any messages or calls and we are left with a damaged patio looking worse than it did before.
