    Tom was amazing from start to finish. Within 24hrs of initially contacting him he had arrived, measured up, ordered for overnight delivery and then returned and fitted 4 external door handles and uprated locks to secure my doors. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had a worry free and top drawer installation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My aim is to provide a locksmith service without the hidden costs and extortionate prices, without the middlemen between customers and locksmith and to give a service that is friendly, open, and honest with all costs and services explained with a high level of customer service. 

As a genuine, local locksmith to Stoke-On-Trent, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, and the surrounding areas, I take pride in my reputation for a fast, efficient, friendly and professional service at a reasonable, transparent price.
