Skirting fitted
10Verified ReviewSam did a fantastic job for us fitting skirting in our new conservatory. He was responsive, gave a fair quote and did the work at relatively short notice. He completed the work to a high standard and was honest enough to let us know that the cost had actually come in a bit under his quote and he reduced the charge accordingly. Would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

10Verified ReviewSam did an excellent job of replacing an unreliable and unsafe ladder to the attic with a new pull-down one. This involved increasing the hatch area and adjusting the aperture/roof joists (and electrical wiring in the roof space) to enable the ladder frame to go in. The work was completed to a high standard and the site and ceiling left in excellent condition. Sam carried out the work at the agreed time, and at the quoted cost with no variance. Highly recommended.
