    Simon was amazing. We cannot believe it is the old floor still in place. It looks like new. Could not be happier and the workmanship and tidiness was exceptional. Would highly recommend for any flooring jobs.

    Simon was recommended to us by a neighbour who’d used his services. He has sanded the floorboards in 2 rooms in our house now. He repaired and replaced the broken and damaged original floor boards where needed, prepared, sanded, stained and lacquered the floors. He provided aftercare advice too. We were really pleased with his work on both occasions. He is hard working, skilled and passionate about doing a good job as well as being very competitively priced. We would definitely recommend him to others.

Hi I'm Simon from S.K Flooring. I specialise in all types of floor fitting & sanding with over 10 years experience.

All subfloor preparations including

refitting joists, ply, D.P.M & latex/level.

I can fit a wide range of flooring, from glue down to floating floors. Be it

Karndean, Amtico, other L.V.T’s, laminate, engineered, solid wood floors and parquet flooring.

I also repair sand/refurbish and have lots of stains, oils & lacquers to choose from.
