My name is Jamie and I have been in the flooring trade since I was 14 and I am now 37 and have never swayed away from it, I love what I do and take real pride in my work. The best part of my job is the satisfaction I get from a finished job and a very happy customer. I have worked for many companies over the years but decided to go it alone and start Skills Flooring in 2013. Ever since I started the business I have rarely been out of work. I started as a Facebook business and all of my work was from word of mouth and has been for years but now we're trying to branch out and expand so advertisements are a must and so I have just started up with Checkatrade who are very highly recommended by a lot of my friends. We are now a family run business as my stepson Liam is training and a couple of years in now and also my son Connor is now starting with us.
