  Thanks to Storm Ciaran we sprung a leak. Blythe contacted me straightaway, I sent him some pictures and he diagnosed the issue and gave me a very reasonable price to repair it. There was more to the job than initially thought and the slight price increase remained very reasonable. They are very professional, knowledgeable and personable, were very informative as to what the issues with the roof were and how it could be fixed. I would not hesitate to contact them again should any other works come up and would thoroughly recommend them. Extremely pleased with the work.

  After having a shocking roofing company con us with terrible workmanship, I decided to look for a roofer on Checkatrade. I contacted a few and Slate Masters were the only company to reply and quote for the works. They turned up to every appointment, kept us informed of all the work and progress. Sent photos and videos of before and after, and cleaned up every day. Blythe is very knowledgeable and was the only roofer to correctly diagnose the issue and how to fix it. The price was fair and the invoice was exactly as expected. We are very please with the work and recommend very highly.

  We spent a lot of time contacting roofers, some ignored messages, some say they'll come and look and didn't turn up. Some turned up and never sent a quote, until we met Blythe from Slate Masters. He diagnosed the issue, quoted and turned up when he said he would. He even diagnosed another very long standing damp issue in a wall. This turned out to be water running down the wall cavity not the gutter! His prices were very fair for the excellent work. Thank you Checkatrade because this is where we found Slate Masters! We would highly recommend to anyone who needs a roofer!
