    Stephen was very punctual, pleasant and reliable. It was a difficult job because once he started, there were issues with the room that we didn’t predict (such as the electrics being unsafe and all the plaster falling off the walls!) but he found ways to work around these and kept us fully informed about what was happening. Even though there was more work involved than we had initially thought, the finish was only delayed by a couple of days.
