Ronan, the Engineer was professional and courteous and happily answered my queries regarding the condensate pipe and the boiler noises on start-up. I highly recommend this company without hesitation after previously experiencing poor customer service from other service engineers/companies where my calls/emails requesting a boiler service would remain unanswered and/or failure of the engineer to turn up.

The work was carried out to a high standard, communication was excellent before the work, they arrived on time (I love the geo-location feature updates I got!) and they are always so easy to deal with. I will only use SL Energy for all my plumbing needs.
