• External Wall Insulation

  Our house was a typical 1930s pebble dashed semi that had been extended over the years, the pebble dash was looking shabby and we were feeling the cold in the winter months. A neighbour of ours had recently used Smart to provide external wall insulation and they were pleased with the work. We decided to go ahead with Smart and we have been impressed with the attention to detail at every stage of the work. All of Stevie’s team were hard working, polite, professional and tidy throughout the whole transformation. We now have a house that is well insulated and looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

  From quote to completion, I found Stevie and his team thoroughly professional and so easy to deal with. Hugely impressed with their attention to detail and desire to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Communication throughout the job was perfect and I was always made to feel comfortable with what was scheduled to be done and when. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have similar work completed without hesitation. The work I have had completed has actually exceeded my expectations.

  Turned up on time and parked on drive so not blocking pavement to pedestrians. Was polite and courteous at all times. Took his time with the job so that it was completed to a high standard. Cleared up after himself and mindful to close doors as had a dog staying. Benefit was he was not a smoker who took a break every half hour. Would recommend and looking to use for future work.

  After looking at different company’s , Was introduced to Smart through a neighbour, Steve came round several times to answer queries we had before deciding, work was carried out in a professional manner, all questions we asked whilst work ongoing were answered (for peace of mind) although it’s a messy job everything was covered/taped up and our new driveway,decking and windows were spotless when uncovered, thanks to Arron and the gang, Dillon who starts/ finishes job 👏 and “Gaffa” Steve who really does go that extra mile
