  • Collapsed outside drain.

    For the last two days we have had Smelly Drains efficiently solving our serious problem with an outside collapsed drain. The service was excellent, the two men, Tom and Ant couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. The supervisor Dave made several visits. We highly recommend Smelly Drains. Thank you Smelly Drains.

    Tom came on time, did a very thorough job, checked everything and gave a very good explanation of why the drain was blocked and what to watch for. Really pleased to have called him.

  • Blocked Pipe

    Blocked pipe from macerator to drain (previous crap work by someone) however Tom found a bigger issue in the main drain and removed that blockage, sending a camera down to make sure it was all gone. Original issue couldn't be fixed at the time due to tiny diameter of pipe and other materials needed but Tom made a video of what was needed to put a new pipe in and followed up with a list of what was needed. Polite, knowledgeable, prompt and tidy.

    Tom answered the call late on Sunday and arranged to come over 08.00hrs Monday, he texted as was running a bit late due to traffic so I was kept up to date. Once here he quickly had a look, got to work and cleared the blockage plus showed me on a CCTV monitor. Clean and tidy, so would highly recommend and would definitely use again (hopefully not quickly though!). No hesitation passing details on to neighbours.

Smelly Drains in a professional, friendly family run business lead by Tom Whittaker. His team are made up of experienced drainage specialists with over 70 years’ experience between them offering all aspects of drainage investigations and surveys, repairs and installation. We understand that even the smallest of drainage problems can cause a large amount of damage and inconvenience so we know that speedy response times are critical. We cover the Southeast and London and operate as an emergency 24/7 service with NO CALL OUT CHARGE. If you have blocked or slow drains, a foul smell, damp, a leak or need a CCTV drain survey we offer complete drain care. We work to identify the problem quickly with as little disruption as possible clearing even the most stubborn drain.

 

We will talk through your drainage issue and advise on the next steps. Some blockages can be fixed with rods, whereas more serious blockages may require a CCTV survey, high pressure jet washing and repairs. Please be assured that all costs will be discussed in advance, and our engineers always provide full explanations of the works being carried out so that our customers feel assured that the right services and charges are being delivered.
