    We have been using SMK for our window cleaning for a few years and they have always provided an outstanding service. SMK's Roof Cleaning service is again very high standard and they are very thorough with their clean up. The service includes pressure washing of the roof, chemical treatment to prevent growth of new moss, cleaning/vacuuming of the gutters and cleaning the windows. Too early to check the chemical treatment yet but that's meant to ensure that moss dies not grow for approximately 3 years. I would 100% recommend SMK Roof Cleaning... Matt carried out our clean... We offer a range of different roof cleaning services, depending on the type of tiles you have and also any access issues that may be involved.


Moss scraping:

This involves a combination of scraper blades to effectively remove the moss and debris from the roof tile.



Pressure washing:

The flat surface cleaning tool covers the surface nice and evenly, using a reduced amount of pressure, which is gentle on the tiles but is enough to clean the surface effectively with fantastic results.


Biocide treatment:

This method kills off any organic growth that might be remaining on the tile and helps prevent returning so quickly.

(recommended every 2-3 years to maintain the roof in good condition in the long term)


The quote also includes a gutter and window cleaning as it's necessary after the cleaning.
