  • Access panel fitting and wall hanging

    Scott was very courteous and accommodating. I needed the job done that week and he moved things around to fit me in. He left no mess and did a good job. There was a slight issue with the access panel as the adhesive didn't take on one side. Scott came back free of charge to fix that using a different adhesive. Would definitely recommend!

  • Repaired garden steps

    My garden steps were falling apart every time. I walked on them I contacted Scot. Who has done a fantastic job henRebuilt, the 2 side walls laid down some new anti-slip. Tiles and even fitted a hand row. As I find it difficult to get him up-and-down. The stairs very helpful, lovely young man.

    Sm property maintenance was fantastic from Start to finish. We are a Scouts hall and was in need of new toilet Facilities as the old ones was put in in 1980 we needed to fit a Disable toilet room with access they had to cut and move walls fit new floors and more I could go on for ages but to some up if we need work if the Future with out a Doubt sm property maintenance will be First people wee contact 5
