Following a visit to inspect the affected area he quoted for the remedial work & turned up as arranged to carry out the work. The work was carried out to a high standard despite the horrible weather on the day & the final invoice was as per the initial quote. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Steve to others.

Smroofline are a small local business with over 20 years’ experience in the building trade, having worked as a sole trader for many companies I feel that I can offer a better, more personal service at a cheaper price. I am fully insured.
I have my own access equipment (towers, easidecs, ladder staging devices, bandstands etc) which saves unsightly scaffolding and costs. I visit the property to survey and do not go door to door canvassing or use telesales, the majority of my work is from recommendation, the only running costs I incur are my van and tools/equipment and my website/marketing. These savings are to an advantage to my customers. All of my work is of the highest quality and with my years in the trade I have a good relationship with my suppliers. I use Eurocell roofline products and Floplast guttering systems where we can offer extended guarantees of up to 50 years because we are accredited to freefoam where we are registered installers. We use Classicbond rubber membrane and edge trims for EPDM systems. We are registered with FENSA so can sign off all of our own window contracts. We also insure our guarantees for 10 years. My prices will be hard to beat, my workmanship and quality of work will be extremely hard to beat. I will leave your property how I found it, clean and tidy, all rubbish will be taken away with us. We take great pride and satisfaction in all the work we carry out and we aim to provide a personal service that will gain us many recommendations giving us the work we deserve at the price you deserve.
