• Window sealant

  The two guys made a complete mess of redoing sealant around one of my windows in December. Complained and one of them came back out, apologised, blamed the other guy for the poor workmanship, and gave some options. Got in touch to discuss the options further but kept getting excuse after excuse for him not being able to come back out or just not turning up when he said he would. He eventually came to the house early February and we agreed a resolution. Arranged for him to do work late February but he didn’t turn up again. Still getting excuses and he doesn’t get back to me. Totally unreliable.

• Build flat pack sliding door wardrobes

  The two guys were punctual and friendly. They worked very hard and put the wardrobe together in a jiffy. It looked great and is very strong and sturdy. I would definitely recommend the guys to everyone as they were very professional, helpful and quick.
