    Quality from start to finish! Tricky install in void to save space in kitchen. Very professional approach to the project, eager to review the options and take on the unusual install location. Good competitive quote. On workday arrived on time, clean, professional, courteous, precise, careful, some of the best attention to detail I've ever seen, great craftsmanship, stayed on to finish the job, whole installation looked great, like it had been there forever. Ray, company owner and installer, is one of the true down to earth, honest to goodness tradesmen who cares about his work and the quality.

    We ordered a water softener, after talking to a neighbour who recommended this company. The softener was installed perfectly, and on time, and with very thorough attention to detail. We had a particular problem with the drainage from the back of the garage, but Ray went above and beyond in fixing it for us, within the cost envelope, and with a great finish. We are delighted with the softener, and we are happy to recommend Ray without reservation.

    We inherited the softener when we moved in and had no idea how it worked, and possibly mistakenly turned it off when it was in regeneration mode, hence messed up the timings etc. The chap reset it to accommodate the number of people in our household and totally cleaned it out. For me, what was invaluable was his wealth of knowledge and advice and was well worth the call out fee alone. Would definately recommend these..

We offer first class workmanship coupled with care and attention to detail and a complete after sales care package on a wide range of water treatment products including water softeners, drinking water filters, water purification systems, replacement drinking water filters and a delivery or collection service of quality water softener salt.

We also offer repairs and servicing on a wide range of systems and in the unusual event of us not being able to repair your water softener or boiling water tap on site we have a fully equipped workshop and test bench enabling us to diagnose and repair.
