    We had an emergency situation with our old water softener and contacted Jez for advice. He gave us a very good quote for a new machine and inspired us with confidence. The job was done efficiently, swiftly and with much good humour. He explained all we should know about the machine and the salt replenishment, and will keep us supplied with block salt. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.
