• Replacing faulty inverter under waranty plus installing a battery

  Excellent work but offered to upgrade the system with a larger inverter plus a battery. Offered to refund the difference in cost of the faulty inverter when they received the replacement from the manufacturer. I have not received a refund against the invoice that I have paid. I have phoned the sales person, sent emails and finally a letter to the company but these have been ignored and I haven't received a refund!

  Prior to starting work I was kept fully informed with the date of scaffolding and installation. Solar Echo arrived at the agreed time. Two roofers made a start on installing the fixings followed by the solar panels. Ross and his colleague started installation of the inverter, battery storage, energy meter and cabling. The work was completed to a high standard, equipment neatly installed and waste materials were removed. By the afternoon my system was up and running and I am delighted with the installation. I highly recommend Solar Echo to supply and install a solar panel and battery system.

  We were recommended Solar Eco and Ross by MSC. We had panels and inverter etc installed by another company who, before they installed the battery, went bust after taking our deposit. We called Ross and explained our situation and he came to check our installation within a week and a week later installed the battery. We were very impressed by his professionalism and how quickly he sorted out our problem. We would highly recommend Ross to anybody thinking of installing Solar panels etc. Very quick and reliable.

  What can I say apart from excellent. From the quote to completion absolutely the best tradesmen ever. They were all friendly talkative and all genuine people. It was a pleasure having them do the work for us. They were careful took pride in their work and tidied everything up. Ross ,Ryan,Andy Thank-you so so much for a perfect job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You would not want to use anybody else.
