10Verified ReviewI contacted Sound Gas Services on Wednesday, I was told they could fit me in on Friday morning at 10am. Sam arrived on time, I showed him the issue. He offered two solutions, including trying to fit the pan connector without removing the toilet (which he attempted) but there wasn't enough room to install the connector without moving the toilet. He therefore removed the toilet and installed the new pan connector and finished the job to a very high standard. I was really impressed by his service, he was very efficient, courteous and friendly. Top marks from me!
