  Initial job - fix hot water part of mixer tap in kitchen, unfortunately this was not possible. New mixer tap supplied and fitted. This then led to several issues, one being a leak and then still having issues with the hot water tap not working properly. All of which I had to keep chasing up with phone calls over the following weeks. This then got resolved by subsequent visits. Forward 9 months and there is a constant leak from both sides of the tap. I have tried to email and call to get this resolved as it’s still within the years warranty, no response from anyone. Disappointed customer

• Leaking external elbow pipe to waste.

  Fantastic service. Arrived on time and quickly established the problem was the last plumber had attempted to glue a pipe which was too short in the waste pipe. Originally only came to quote so didn't have the parts in the van so he popped to the merchant's down the road. In less than an hour the job was complete. No more leaking waste pipe and cheaper than the last company who just glued the wrong size pipe back in. Thank you!
