6.5Verified ReviewIf things go well, then I imagine SESE are a great company to engage with. But when things don't go according to plan, that's the real test for any business. In this regard, I'm afraid SESE fell astonishingly short. I had a problem, they sent someone round, said the problem was fixed, the problem came back. They didn't want to return to fix it without charging me more. They ignored me for a few days until they finally came to the solution of offering me my money back and telling me to find someone else to sort it out. A truly unpleasant experience.
