    After receiving a Microsoft warning I had no idea how to proceed. Texted Mark who rang and advised. Unable to find two things he then rang me, at the end of his day, and went through the actions needed. Everything now works perfectly. Can always rely on Mark. He is very polite and has patience with elderly customers! Thank you.

    I contacted Mark on 23/04 and was given an appointment for the next day with a 3 hour time slot.......11a.m. - 1.00p.m. he arrived at about 11.15 a.m. I had many issues with my computer, the main one being that I had lost all access to the internet. He quickly sorted the problem (issues re. Lost and Found files with Google sync) and restored the internet. He also found files located inside pictures and removed spurious files and then finally double checked the system for any other abnormalities. This is the 3rd time that Mark has solved my computer issues and I can thoroughly recommend him.

Hi, my name is Mark and I have been the face of Southern PC Doctor for the last 20 years and in the world of IT for the last 25 years.


Based in Waterlooville I offer a mobile computer PC and laptop repair service to Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Gosport, Petersfield and everywhere in between.

 

My Services Include:

 

  • Slow Computer PC or Laptop.
  • Virus / Malware removal.
  • Wireless Broadband / Internet / networking issues. (please note I don't install network Data cabling or ethernet ports, you would need an electrician for that type of work)
  • Bluetooth and other peripherals.
  • Laptop screen replacements.
  • Email problems.
  • iPad, iPhone, Android tablet and phone software issues.
  • Data backup advise and set up.
  • I do work on Apple Mac's but only to a basic level e.g. if you need help setting one up or you have software issues like word excel, emails etc.

 

Time Frames:

I can normally get to you within 48 hours and sometimes the same day, carrying essential spares with me just in case you need parts to get you up and running again. I pride myself on troubleshooting all manner of internet, broadband and wireless issues.

 

Friendly Advice and Options:

More importantly I communicate with you.. the customer! I like to help make you feel at ease with your IT issues, Options you have to get the best result and I explain in laymen's terms how I am going to fix them. Advice is also given on how to avoid issues in the future.

 

Payments:

I can accept Cash, Credit / Debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via a mobile card terminal)
