• Fix rat flap in sewage pipe

  A pleasant and polite guy, who came on time to fix the flap. He explained as he worked, what he was doing. His professional attitude was amazing, as he worked he kept a check on the system working well. After he fixed the flap he cleared up the area and charged me the amount agreed upon. i would recommend Patrick without doubt. He gave me tips to sort out another small issue and i appreciate that. Thank you

• Unblocking exterior drain

  Patrick was fantastic. He was running ten minutes behind and took the time to let us know (very helpful when you've got to plan noise around baby naps). He arrived, was incredibly courteous and got straight to it. The job appeared to be bigger / more complicated than I'd suspected, which involved going back and forwards through the carpeted house - he was mindful of the mess - but the payment was as quoted. He also gave me some good info on where I could fix additional issues with the system. I would absolutely recommend his work. Great job, great price (approx 30% less than others).

  Called Patrick on a Friday afternoon and was able to come on Saturday. The work that was carried out was done efficiently, discovered what the issue was in no time. Super friendly guy 10/10 customer service. If you have any plumbing issues seriously call Patrick!!!!

• Outside Drains blocked

  I called on Sunday and spoke to Pratick and he said he can come with an hour and I explained to him what had happened. He said that’s not worries, I will be able to come and we’ll fix it. He came within one hour on a Sunday and unblocked the drainage and clean the area and he was so polite, pleasant and well spoken and very patient and he did a fantastic job and was very happy with his work, I would recommend him 100% percent to anyone as he was very professional in his job and very polite and didn’t take even take callout charges as others do thank you Patrick for all your help.

• Clearing blocked drain

  This guy was great, systematically worked through solving the blocked drain I had, explained what was happening, and after clearing the underground blockage he was thorough in testing and demonstrating the water was flowing away as normal. I've got some previous experience of this general trade- I'd totally trust employing him again with anything like this and 100% completely recommend him- thank you.
