10Verified ReviewA kitchen sink mixer tap back nut had become loose. In Dec a gas safety man looked at it and said it was impossible to fix in situ—-the sink would have to come out in order to get a proper purchase on the nut. It sure looked hard as it was a mixer with water filtration. But Modi tightened it within 25 mins of patient expertise——he did this within 16 hours of my call and had the right tools including a high output torch to flood the under sink cupboard with light.
