Problematic kitchen lighting

I was experiencing intermittent problems with the fluorescent lighting in the kitchen in a house I own in Cardiff. Sparks attended, sorted out the problem and also fitted a far more energy efficient light. Although busy, they responded the following day and arranged the visit with the tenant resident in the house.
