• A major refurbishment of the house, inside and out!

  SPD Cambs have been working with me for about 9 months on refurbishing and restructuring my house which was built in 1825. They have been wonderful, completing work to the highest standards and going the extra mile to ensure the job was done to the highest specification. They built and created a new library, ensuite master-bedroom, walk in wardrobe, a new utility room, a wine cellar and refurbished the attic and the roof. They brought in and managed perfectly subcontractors for the bifold-doors into the garden and roof repairs. I could not have asked for better support and results.

  Absolutely brilliant team of builders. Explained the work really well and work was started straight away when everything was agreed. Jan and Alex are an amazing duo, did the work better than I had expected and now I have a beautiful downstairs bathroom. They will be my go-to builders from now on. Definitely recommend!
