    To simply put it, phenomenal work! Steven came and gave us a number of different options along with price ranges. From the first meeting, up until the job was complete, Steven communicated with us daily and kept us updated in regard to the timeline. Whilst working, Steven was professional, respectful of my property, and couldn’t do enough to help. The pride and perfection he puts into his work shows from the minute he begins, up until the end result! All future work we need doing will be directed to Steven, and we will be highly recommending him to anyone who needs it.

Welcome to S. PEARCE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED. We are very familiar with all types of insurance work and specialise in LANDSCAPING, PLASTERING and BRICKLAYING. I have over 21 years experience in the building industry, which I have covered all aspects from large construction sites, house building, social housing, voids (empty properties) and the private sector. With every problem I always find a solution and there is nothing I cannot get around I always find a way. I have a unique background.

I have ability to design and build which makes me stand out from the rest as you can see in my photographic portfolio. I am extremely open minded I can work exactly to your specifications or put some of my own thoughts/ideas and adapt to get the best possible outcome for your project. With my confident, friendly, positive attitude and my versatility covering brickwork, landscaping and plastering, As soon as we meet you will know you have chosen the correct person for your job.


Plastering.

Boarding, bonding skimming from small patch/repairs to full rooms.


Brickwork 

Brick up windows and doors, building retaining and garden walls. Installing rsj, L irons and concrete lintels. Structure work installing restraint and helifix crack stitching bars.


Groundwork/Landscaping 

Footings, concrete pads, screeded floors, lift relay existing slabs and general repairs to full projects.
