My name is Val, based in Great Barr.
I’ve been in the security business for 25 years now, started as a carpenter specialist in the door and window industry ,in the last 7 years i have moved towards locks and security.
Accredited and vetted by Corgi Fenestration of Skilled Locksmiths, City & Guilds ,Registered Member of Master Locksmith Association.
Fully insured and DBS checked.
Our services include: new locks supplied and fitted ,anti snap locks ,window and door repair, door alignment issues, emergency door opening ,boarding up and burglary repairs, high security locks, lock upgrade.
We carry a wide range of common house hold locks and UPVC door mechanisms in the van ,so we can finish the job in just one visit.
We aim to provide a friendly and professional service, and we treat the customer how do i like to be treated with a fair and reasonable amount of care.
I would like to also add with this type of industry you some times need to go above and beyond on which I would say I have had to do on many occasions and happy to do so, to achieve the greatest customer satisfaction.
