  Contacted us immediately after we placed advert and arrived within the hour. Polite. Needed 2 locks replacing/repairing. Changed the barrel in the first one easily but the 2nd lock needed the barrel and the lock changing. Quoted £220 originally but charged an extra £90 for the lock on the 2nd door so overall £310 which was more than we expected to pay and felt pricey. Were speedy and courteous and we now have 2 working locks which we are grateful for.

  I asked if smart locks could be done and they said yes. He was here for a while messing with it and left leaving is bank details. He charged me £95 and nothing was done. It's still not fixed.
