    Spendex was recommended to us by friends who'd had a loft conversion. They're a nice bunch of polite, tidy and hard working guys. They willingly did extra jobs which weren't on the original estimate without a problem. We're really happy with everything they did. Nick is a great ambassador for Spendex and kept us updated and dealt with any issues and delays amicably and professionally. We'd recommend them.

  • Construction of a new drive and landscaping the garden

    SPENDEX put in a new road from the highway to the house and garage. The drive was constructed using a grid with gravel. As there is a small hill it ensures the gravel remains in place and lorries can drive up. They installed a tiled patio and also levelled the garden to allow it all to be grass seeded. The grounds are about 1.5 acres so it was a lot of work. They provided all top soil needed. They kept the site clean throughout and achieved great results. We are very pleased in the way they worked and the finish delivered. Definitely recommend.

  • Construction of a five bedroom detached house, double garage and workshop

    Very pleased with the workmanship. The house is amazing. SPENDEX carried out the whole project including demolition of the old bungalow on site. The property was handed over to us fully decorated. The project was delivered as a fixed price contract. Despite material prices changing the builders honoured the contract and did not ask for any extras. They kept us informed of progress. We had monthly meetings to discuss the build so we were able to see progress and feed in our choices for the finish. The work was carried out to a high standard. We would definitely employ them again.
