  I have no hesitation in recommending SPO Solutions. From survey through to final commissioning it was a perfect install. They came up with an innovative solution using a unit that sits very neatly below the window.so we don’t have a large unit mounted at ceiling level. The external part of the system was cleverly and neatly installed. They deserve all the first class feedback that can be seen on Checkatrade. That’s what led us to call them in the first place and I would 100% use them again on any future projects.

  I reached out to 3 contractors online for quotes, Simon came straight back to me with the offer of no obligation quote. Simon arrived discussed the requirement understood our needs installation into my elderly parents annexe. He understood our concerns re air conditioning unit noise, neighbours and overall appearance of both internal and external units. I trusted Simon from that moment on with the work, the quote was reasonable and competitive Work commenced on a date to suit us, and what I liked the most Simon & Paul were solution not problem type of workers Completed &Highly recommend

  Simon and Paul fitted three heat pump systems to our property. Their survey was thorough and comprehensive, patiently explaining the options as they went. The work was more technical and complicated than I had imagined, but they were clearly very experienced and completely on top of the job. They were very considerate whilst carrying out the work and just nice people to have around. They wanted to deliver a good solution at a fair price to the client and they come with our highest recommendation.

  I chose SPO Solutions over other installers because of how thorough, patient, and responsive Simon is. You can tell that he is passionate about heat pumps and finding the right solution for his customers. Being Heat Geek certified, I was confident that he would spec the correct system for my needs, and I believe that he has! Simon and Paul were punctual, nice to deal with, consulted me when decisions needed to be made, produced work of a high standard, respected my home, and kept the place tidy.
