    With an area of damp getting worse, I approached several traders who informed me the damp course was breached and a big bill would be coming my way :( I wasn't convinced (as this wasn't reflective of the issue; more the profitbale diagnosis) and upon seeking a further opinion, I found SP Platinum. Steve came out immediately, identifying holes / cracks higher up in the property, which were obvious causes for water penetration in the relevant places. The issue was fixed same day, costing hundreds of £ rather than thousands. Fantastic, honest and cost effective. Highly reccommend Steve. Thnk you!

    We'd just moved into a new property that had some rising damp in the back room. Steve gave a really honest and fair opinion of the work required, not quoting for any unnecessary work and instead noting where simple changes would resolve underlying issues. The work he subsequently undertook was to a really high standard, done quickly and professionally with a lot of care taken to keep to the original style of the property. The guys kept the place clean, were courteous and on time every day. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
