    I needed a last minute carpet cleaning and Wes was amazing from the moment we first spoke right to the end! He was so polite and friendly. I asked him loads of questions and he had a clear answer to everything making the whole process very smooth. I would 100% recommend to anyone that wants their carpets to look brand new again!

    We had a large sofa that hadn’t been cleaned since it was reupholstered a few years. The material wouldn’t allow for any chemicals, so it had to be cleaned with warm water. The guy that cleaned it did a really good job and was very careful. Very happy to recommend square Mile.

    Spoke to Wes and explained my Mum had had an accident at home and there were severe blood stains on the hall and living room carpet. He was friendly and helpful and a technician was sent round the same morning. The problem was rectified to an extremely high standard and I was very grateful. The service from Square Mile was prompt and professional and I would highly recommend them.

    We have just moved in to an apartment and there was a smell of dustiness in the air. We washed the floors but it didn’t help much. So we called these guys on Sunday asking whether they could help with cleaning our carpets to remove ALL the dust inside. They came in the same day and cleaned 2 carpets in an hour. We were really pleased with the results. Overall all the guys we spoke with were really nice and easy to talk to, everything was done in a day and now we can live without thinking about how many people’s skin parts were in there carpets :) Thank you very-very much!!

Our cleaners are directly employed by us, they are also trained and managed by our expert team of supervisors. We do not supply agency staff or hire contract cleaners. We pay our cleaners well, motivate them daily, and support them with encouragement, training and regular bonuses.

All products and equipment are supplied to our client sites by us. We manage the whole cleaning operation, so our customers don't have to. We train our cleaning machine operators in machine operation and treatment risks.
