  Joe was excellent. The job was tricky as shared wall with eight parties involved, tight access, little space to land materials and vehicular access needed on both sides. The bricks needed to be matched with alternatives as in a conservation area. He was pragmatic and easy to talk to.

  We hired Joe Stafford as he sounded like the voice of experience and seemed easy going. He was true to his word. He had helpers who also were very experienced when needed. Comments to us, from more than one neighbor observing was "hard working" "diligent" and "heads down." And we agree. The work was excellent, he and his crew were pleasant and we could not ask for more. We will look forward to have him back again.

  A quick search on checkatrade and I came across SBS Ltd. Called Joe and he came out to view and provided a comprehensive quote. We agreed a start a date and Joe was on time and completed the works promptly. He was also able to assist with additional works where we required an old window to be blocked off. All in all excellent communication and service provided. Will definitely be using Joe for works in the future.

  I would highly recommend Stafford Building Services LTD (SBS) for any future work. Joe Stafford from quotation to work to end of job was precise, clear, friendly, approachable. His work and workers were very good and the quality of work was immaculate and always tidy, neat and accurate. Superb job. The final wall is amazing and better build that the replacement. It is made with very high quality work ethics. Thanks Joe and the team for doing a superb job!! I would highly recommend this Company to anyone!!!
