    Karim was helpful from the get go. He was in constant contact beforehand, talking us through exactly what we were going to receive and made sure we were happy. Straight after completing the survey, he called us and went through all of his findings in depth and gave us advice. Before we’d even recieved the report he spent an hour on the phone with us going through any queries we had. He worked hard on the report and sent it through quickly, and he’d be happy to go through anything else we needed.     Karim helped us with the removal of a wall and its replacement steel joist for our Teddington victorian terrace. During my our initial conversations, he was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend several options for us to consider. During his site visit, he was very generous with his time and made several recommendations relating to future structural work in the property outside of the scope of the project, to sure that whatever solution we chose for the knock through would not complicate or hinder a future kitchen extension and chimney breast removals.

Karim not only researched the queries for me, but came back very quickly confirming the information and sent me a link to where I was finally able to do exactly what I needed. Although I was asking for advice regarding something out of the blue and wasn’t booking him for a job, he didn’t hesitate to help me and I can only imagine that if you went to Karim for your structural engineering needs you would receive excellent service.
