7.75Verified ReviewOverall, work was completed at the time to a good standard. John and team all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately wasted a couple of days off work waiting for attendances on agreed dates for quotes for further works and remedial works required following original job. Called multiple times over a few weeks to re-arrange after having waited in. Left voicemails. It would appear they don't want to reattend or take on the additional work, but it would have been courteous to answer my calls, rather than wasting my time waiting.
