    Every socket in my house stopped working on a Saturday morning, outside normal working hours. Nightmare! I called Steve and he found time to address my problem immediately. He identified the issue expertly, rectified it, gave advice for the future and didn’t even charge a call-out fee. Brilliant, brilliant service!

    I'm very pleased with Steve Goulding's work replacing my bathroom extractor fan. He was polite, professional and conscientious. He checked my budget with me before buying a new fan which I really appreciated, showed up when he said he would and worked quickly to install the new fan. He communicated clearly at every step, checking things like how long I'd like the fan to continue running for after turning the light off. Very tidy and did a fantastic job. If I need something else doing in the future, I'll happily contact him again!
