  Inspected problem area and suggested a 'paint' remedy to external wall surface. Not taken further because this company did not undertake such work. No charge for advice.

  We got in touch with Stephen as we needed damp proofing work in our new flat in St Leonards. I have to say, Stephen is one of the best individuals to carry out his job. His is super honest, super punctual, and very professional in what he does. He went beyond of what was needed, as he helped us so much with guidance for the future and advice within other areas of our flat. Also my little dog is obsessed with him as he brought treats everyday while carrying out the work. I couldn’t recommend Stephen enough, I am so happy we found a honest and such a professional man.

Steve’s quote was competitive- in fact, he was the only damp proofer who sent us a quote and then committed to doing the work once we agreed on it. It soon became clear that Steve knew what he was doing and was always happy to answer our questions. Steve proved to be knowledgeable, super-efficient, reliable, hard-working and friendly. If any unforeseen issues were discovered he would always discuss options to tackle these before going ahead, so there were no surprises once the work was done. Steve is very committed
