  From initial contact (rang me back on a Sunday) through arrival , installation and demonstration to leaving I cannot fault these guys. Courteous, careful, tidy and hugely knowledgeable. Arrived on time. Tidied up impeccably and took all rubbish away. I could not recommend highly enough. In fact already booked next installation. Rare to find this level of service nowadays. Impressive.

  Very happy with the work Steve, Mick and co did. Went through everything with me before, during and after. Made sure I was happy with all the work. Arranged for an Electrician to take care of a couple of extra sockets as well as the prep for the Air conditioning to be fitted. Everything looks neatly fitted, they tidied up well after, and the system appears to work great. Definitely recommend and would be happy to use again. Thanks

  Very pleasant experience dealing with this company , from initial contact to completion, they were brilliant!!! Very tidy very punctual and good , and most of all the air conditioning is fantastic, all connected to my phone and clearly shown how to use ! , I would recommend this guys if your thinking of having air conditioning installed Thanks again Graham , in Leicestershire

• Heat pumps in a church

  It takes a long time to get permission to install heat pumps in a church but Steve stuck with us from the start. Installation was in perhaps the wettest week in February but the team worked resiliently and tidily and completed the very neat job to our complete satisfaction. I often recommend Steve and his team - this was the fourth job they have done for me!

  Steve and his team were brilliant! They worked tirelessly through all the wet weather on the day of the installation. The system was installed in a neat and tidy fashion and operates wonderfully, the house was left in a clean and tidy fashion and would highly recommend this company.

• Samsung air conditioning install (bedroom)

  Steve and his team neatly installed a Samsung Air conditioning unit in an upstairs bedroom. When I asked for a quote he clearly explained what was needed and his quote didn’t change to what he first quoted. He took away all the rubbish after the installation and tidy up after himself. Once installed he gave a clear demonstration. Definitely would use again if I wanted more air conditioning installing in the future.
