    Downstairs toilet and basin fitted from scratch with new services taken from the w kitchen behind. Works included core drilling for the external SVP connection. Everything was completed to a high standard and agreed timescales, left clean and tidy everyday. Couldn’t ask for more. Costs were fair and as agreed at the start.
