  Quote No.3 from someone new as the price and quality I got from Stuart at STK Property was amazing. Due to the torrential rain we had would have been completed even quicker but overall 2 week turnaround from start to finish was super impressive! Everyone on site from Builder/Electrician/Plasterer/Door and Window Fitters I can’t praise enough. Highly recommend STK Property for anyone looking for a summer house or any other property maintenance!

• Alcove cupboards and shelving

  We had two alcove cupboards fitted and boxed in shelving above, which has transformed our lounge. Stuart has done such a great professional job, even when things got tricky with our uneven walls he came up with solutions and I am so pleased with the result. Stuart and Max arrived promptly every day, were very friendly and kept everything so neat and tidy. We would definitely recommend STK Property solutions and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

• Floating Wooden Floor and New Composite Decking

  Pre STK, spent whole two years fighting tooth and nail with a major insurance company and their hopeless property maintenance company to replace the floating wooden flooring. After two disastrous installs, numerous "technical" objections finally got a cash settlement to get work done privately. Found STK, Stuart and crew did a fantastic job at a good price. They installed the floor in 3 days! No technical objections nor any flaky work: just arrived in time, got on with the job, knew what they were doing and they care. So I added on a new deck which they did in 2 days! Absolutely would use again.

  We had 2 alcove units fitted by Stuart, from the start he was on time, friendly, always helpful in advising us with our requests, they were clean and tidy and also left us the carpet protector left over so we could decorate, We are so happy with the results which exceeded our expectations thanks to some of the small details crafted by Stuart, we would highly recommend Stuart and we will use him again for sure.
