  I used Stoker Property Solutions to carry out some tiled roof repairs including chimney/ridge tile repointing, replacement of lead flashing/damaged tiles/underfelt and capping off an old chimney. Communication was spot on from initial contact for a quote (which I thought was reasonable) through to completion of the job. Steve did a great job and provided photos of the work that needed to be done, together with photos once completed. Payment was only requested in full after the work had been completed to my satisfaction. Would definitely use again.

  A hugely positive experience from start to finish. My phone call with the company to explain the issue, the visit from the builder 2 days later who diagnosed the problems and proposed solutions. Estimate for works sent, discussed and agreed 2 days later. Scaffolding was up within the week and the job completed a week later. The work is excellent, the builder was extremely friendly and neat and tidy. Pictures of the before and after work were taken and shared with us. (Windows re puttied and painted, loose and missing tiles replaced, ridge tiles re cemented in). Highly recommend the company.
