  Upon arrival, staff were polite, respectful, and well presented. The cleaning services rented was spectacular. Staff were very professional I would definitely recommend this service to other people. My house looks brand-new.

  The cleaner arrived on time and was courteous and polite. My main criticism is that the standard of cleaning was below what I expected. There was a lack of finesse and attention to detail. I had to ask for many areas to be cleaned again as there was still dust or debris left. Whilst the cleaner attempted to remedy the issues, on the whole the job took much longer than it needed to and I was left feeling frustrated. The bath has a stain that was not there before. They offered to send the cleaner back to use bleach to clean this but I was tired and already late for an appointment by then.
