  It has been great working with Neil on my project over the past 2 months. The work has been carried out to a high standard and on time. Neil project managed the refit of both bathrooms and kitchens and ensure the work was carried out to the timeline. He also is the kind of builder you want if you run into a problem, as he knows how to work around most things... Have already recommended Neil to people and wouldn't hesitate to do so moving forwards.

  Two storey side extension, single storey front extension. Neil was excellent at keeping me up to date with progress and potential problems, and quickly identifying solutions (including with 3rd parties like surveyors, utilities, architect etc). He made budgeting and managing costs much easier. He was flexible with timings and kept the overall job on track. His project mgmt was excellent. He also responded well to constructive feedback. Would happily recommend him.

We were very happy with the quality of the work and that Neil managed to complete the works within a tight time schedule and that he overcame some challenges in the process. The contract involved the conversion of dated offices into a therapy centre and required expertise in general building and renovation as well as electrical and plumbing elements

  I recently took on my first renovation property. I'd had some experience at improving a home but this was a significant step up. Neil has been so helpful and accommodating. He came initially to re-roof the garage, repair a section of the house roof including guttering/fascias and re-point one of the walls. On top of this he's replaced of a couple of lintels, sorted out issues with a chimney breast and numerous other issues. I now have a structurally sound property and someone I would definitely call on for any further requirements. Quotes accurate and prices reasonable. Many thanks Neil!
