  This is the second time that Sam has carried out works on our roof and we’re really happy with the result. Sam was very polite and communicative throughout, and the works were completed quickly and efficiently despite the rain! Highly recommended.

• Strip roof, replace membrane, batten and replace tiles

  The work started in early December during a really bad spell of weather. Inspite of this, Sam ensured that the roof remained watertight throughout. In addition to installing the membrane, batten and tiles, Summit renewed the lead flashing to the chimney, fascia’s and gutters and clad our dormer windows with composite panels. An outstanding job overall. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone in South Wales and the South West.

• Roof replacement including dormers on 60's bungalow

  I needed a complete roof replacement on my 60s bungalow and Sam's quote was very competitive. He kept me up to date re the start date and once the job had started kept me informed about any changes to the schedule. Skips and scaffolding arrived on time and were removed promptly at the end. The materials used appeared to be of good quality and I was pleased with the overall workmanship. Sam and the boys are nice, friendly and polite. It's early days but the roof is watertight and looking good!

• Water leak in a valley

  Sam quoted a competitive quote. Kept informed of expected date of completion and true to his word. Once he started the work he was able to reassess actual cause of problem which had been misdiagnosed by other roofers. Result was quicker and much reduced fix and cost. Excellent service and guy. Very pleased to recommend.

• Full roof renewal (across two semi-detached houses)

  I live immediately next door to my In-Laws so we share the same roof across the two semi-detached houses. We opted for a full roof renewal across both houses and also for all the existing guttering and fascias to be renewed. Sam and his team worked for around a fortnight carrying out all the work and we are extremely happy with the end result! He turned up every day without any delays and his arranging of skips and material deliveries was without a hitch. He cleared all rubbish, broken tiles and kept us fully up-to-speed as the job progressed. Absolutely recommended.

  Sam popped over as I had a roof leak. He was very responsive and nothing was to much trouble. He took the time to look in my loft and on the outside of my roof to discover what was causing the leak. He went through all my options and carried out the work that was required in a speedy time( the weather was not on our side so needed it fixed quickly) I highly recommend ??
